Un Plan Marshall pour Haïti par RAJ Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, les États-Unis ont institué un plan de redressement de l’Europe dévastée par la guerre, initialement intitulé « Program me de redressement européen », promulgué en 1948 avec le soutien bipartite du Congrès, et rebaptisé « Plan Marshall » en l’honneur du secrétaire d’État George C. Marshall, qui a été à l’origine d’un tel plan. À mon avis, seul un plan similaire peut changer Haïti, dont la dévastation…

Raymond Joseph for Interim President By Raymond Alcide Joseph I was flattered when I read the October 24 editorial in The New York Sun entitled “A Tribune of Democracy for Interim President of Haiti” because it was about me. The editor stated that “with the savagery of events in Haiti” aggravated by the “kidnapping of 17 Christian missionaries.” 16 of whom are Americans, Haiti is out of control.
